Artist Statement: A depiction of the P-3 Orion Anti-submarine aircraft
Artist Bio: George W. Clever is a New Mexico State University Mathematics Professor Emeritus, Military Commander (U.S. Marine Corps and New Mexico State Guard), NASA Writer, and author of 9 books: Dancing with Grandfather, Bear Lake Monster and Other Clever Stories, Lenape Animal Tales, No Longer Needed: Robotic Short Stories, 7 Twisted Mysteries to Die For, Words Can Kill, Bright Colored Beads, Twinner and Voodoo Justice. He wrote and received a successful grant from the United Arts Appeal of Chautauqua County for the Write Circle writers publishing a group story Searching for Utopistan. His short story, Bear Lake Brother, received an honorable mention published in Blizzard Banks and Buggy Whips the Hometown Memories Publishers. His poem, Sundance on a Nike Silo, was published by Down in the Dirt Magazine.
