Josh, I’ve been drawn back to this painting more than a couple of times. The value contrast overall and at the focal point is powerful. The negative space of the sky is made interesting. (Can you tell I’ve taken a couple of art classes? LOL.) Still, a strong work in my opinion. From an old Nam Vet.
